Cobbly Nob Homeowner's Association

The Village of Cobbly Nob is a privately owned 1,000-acre resort surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains. It features a manned security gate, three swimming pools, a tennis court and Village road maintenance (salt/snow plow).

As the Village is privately owned, it is also privately maintained by individual homeowners. Through the Homeowner's Association, these costs are paid with annual fees.

The seller of any parcel of property is responsible for a $50.00 transfer fee per parcel. Cobbly Nob Homeowner's Association management requires the closing company to fill out a Pink Card with new owner's names and information.
